It is a programme organized by rotary club of Silchar all the educational institutes of Silchar are asked to participate at the event .smc also participated and achieved a premier position in the event with number of prizes coming to the college students also the students exhibit exellent code of conduct and personal caliber which was admired and praised by the rotary authority and the resourse persons
