Pratidwani: JDA Nite

Another year has quietly yet swiftly slipped past by and one more batch of budding & aspiring doctors are bidding farewell to their alma matter .. SMCH. In doing so they organized a cultural extravaganza – “ Pratidhwani” on 25th nite. It was really a colourful way to say adieu. The evening was well balanced with brilliant performances from the members of the outgoing batch. There were songs well sung ( particularly ‘ yeh chand sa roshan chehera’ by Dr.Rana). The spicy dance performances pepped up the mood of the evening . The likes of – ‘Sajna ji wari wari’ by Dr. Sukanya, Dr. Priyanka, Dr. Renuka , then “ aaj ki raat” by Dr. Rituraj, Dr. Alakananda n Dr. Erfana ; “ E chori”(The 'CASH" ) by Dr.Ambika, Dr. Priyanka, n Tina gurung ; “ Dil kho gaya re kho gaya” by Dr. Amin, Dr.Rituraj, Dr. Poulami n Dr. Priyanka – were mindblowing & brought the audience to dancing foot. Dr. Benudhar n Dr.Purabi demand a special mention for their multiple performances towards glorifying the evening. The last performance by SMCites for the evening was a Bihu dance after which the stage was taken over by professionals and the ground by the ever enthusiastic dancing audience of SMC.
